Osborne Butler is a highly experienced Criminal Law Firm with 30+ years combined experience.

Our firm has built up a strong reputation based on our dedication to clients’ interests and committed service to the Far North Queensland community.

Working exclusively in Criminal and Traffic law, our mission is to provide expert criminal defence to our clients by delivering the highest quality legal advice and representation that consistently achieves the best possible outcomes.

With two office locations in Cairns and Townsville, Osborne Butler is comprised of four experienced lawyers and four friendly administration staff. Our team is available to attend all courts in Queensland. In addition to having two office locations in Cairns and Townsville, the team is available 24/7 to provide legal advice.
