Scott Osborne is a Principal Lawyer and co-founder of Osborne Butler Lawyers. He is a highly experienced criminal defence lawyer in Queensland with more than 20 years’ experience, having represented clients in some of the state’s most serious and high-profile matters.

Representing clients across a wide range of criminal charges, Scott appears in all courts throughout Queensland. Before establishing Osborne Butler, he practised in London with Kaim Todner Solicitors and Baxter Brown McArthur, two of the UK’s leading criminal law firms. His international experience in criminal defence and trial advocacy includes successfully defending clients in large-scale drug importation matters and major confiscation proceedings, including a notable £11 million (AUD $20.8 million) confiscation order.
